- Please contact Al Muttaqun via e-mail before returning any items, for approval, we will then provide a return address.
- Customer must pay for the cost of returns. We recommend using a tracked or signed for service.
- Postage and packaging will not be refunded.
- Items must be returned within 5 days of the initial delivery in the same unused condition.
- Please let us know when returning an item if you would like an exchange, refund or store credit.
The customer is responsible for arranging their own delivery back to us for returns. Once we have received your returned items, we will confirm receipt, check each item and process any applicable refunds if the item is returned to us in the condition sold (unused and new). Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items. Contact information must be provided with the return, and if using a tracked delivery service please send us the tracking number so we can track the return in transit.
